The Director of WEB Apostolate will be responsible for all WEB related apostolic activities in the Province. He will be assisted by an Assistant Director and by a team of Paulines and Non-Paulines. The WEB Team, consisting of the Director, Assistant Director and Members of the Team, will review, assess and evaluate every site in the Province in close collaboration with the respective apostolic departments on a quarterly basis and will submit a report to the Director General. Creation of new sites or suppression of existing sites will be the competency of the Council for Apostolate on the recommendation of the WEB Team. The WEB Department will look for necessary assistance and support from experts in the field through appropriate service contract and agreements for the creation of new sites and maintenance of the existing ones. The Department will organize and conduct periodic meetings and short-term courses on web designing and web programming for the Team members and those interested in the field. The WEB Department will take initiative and facilitate the renewal and upkeep of  all our existing sites in the Province in   close collaboration and cooperation with  the respective apostolic departments.
